Automotive sector

For the automotive and truck industry, VDL Laktechniek is equipped with advanced production techniques. A combination of chemical pre-treatment, followed by a KTL-treatment is the basis for providing stable corrosion protection.
Followed by powder or spray paint coatings, the total system meets set automotive standards.
 
We guarantee a stable process through lean working and Six Sigma techniques. Medium to large series are no problem for our production lines.

Agricultural sector

VDL Laktechniek is specially equipped to be an important supplier for the agricultural sector. Various surface treatment techniques are suitable to meet the most critical standards set by the clients.
Think of steel grit blasting, KTL, powder coating or spray painting. After this treatment we are able to assemble the parts if necessary and we can provide logistical handling, and options such as warehousing.  

Petrochemical sector

VDL Laktechniek has specialised in the treatment of products intended for petrochemical installations for more than 20 years. By working closely with our clients, we are able to provide parts on a project basis with the correct colour scheme that our joint customer requires.

Infrastructure

VDL Laktechniek is an integral part of the contemporary street scene. From post boxes to metro stations, everything is delivered on a project basis in which we agree an acceptable production schedule together with our client. In collaboration with our selectively chosen suppliers, we can provide the correct coating system which is both technically and aesthetically resistant to the most extreme weather conditions. 

Railway

We are a partner for the Dutch train network, fulfilling an advisory / executive role in refurbishing schemes. For this it is important that products follow a very tight schedule, and are then re-implemented Just in time. Consequently the service can be re-continued flawlessly.
