What is powder coating?

Powder coating, also known as powder painting, is an electrostatic painting process that serves as a finishing layer to protect and enhance the appearance of your material and is ideally suited to both indoor and outdoor applications. By applying one or more powder layers, the material in question is protected against corrosion.
During this process, powder-coating particles are electrostatically charged using high voltage, causing them to adhere to the material.
These durable powder-coating particles are applied to the material using an automatic spray gun. The subsequent heating stage causes the powder-coating particles to melt together and cure, after which the product is protected against external influences.
